CONSULTING RATES & BOOKING POLICIES

• Base Rate: $275/hour

  • 1-hour minimum for on-site, 30-minute minimum for remote/phone.

• Travel: $1.50/mile from our address to your location (for locations over 15 miles round trip fee), plus billable drive time.

  • This policy covers real operational costs and ensures continued reliability.

• Payment:

  • Automatic daily billing to an authorized credit card—no checks or net terms.

SCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments are billed at a 1-hour minimum (deposit) for on-site visits and a 30-minute minimum (deposit) for remote sessions. You are only billed for the time used beyond that minimum.

We reserve that time specifically for you. To reschedule or cancel without charge, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows will be billed for the minimum scheduled time, as that mission-critical slot was held exclusively for your service.

REIMBURSEMENTS:

• A 4% credit card processing fee may apply, especially with Amex.
• I keep common items (cables, adapters, etc.) in stock, billed as reimbursement at cost for your convenience.

PHONE/ZOOM/REMOTE SCREEN-SHARING SUPPORT

Our existing clients are always welcome to call, email or text message us at any time. If we are not in an appointment with another client, we are happy to talk on the phone and walk you through the steps to solve any quick issues you may be experiencing. We won’t charge you for these short questions if our phone conversations/text messaging sessions are under 10 minutes.

• All calls lasting more than 10 minutes and other time spent rendering services are billed at our usual rate with a 30-minute minimum.

PRIVACY & SECURITY

• All client data (login credentials, network configurations, etc.) is encrypted and never shared or sold.
• Your trust is everything to us.
• We have served high-profile, sensitive security and entertainment businesses for 25 years.
• We have never had a data leak and have never spoken with paparazzi/journalists.
